Terms of Service
The short version
You pay $99/month for one domain. You own everything we generate for you. You are responsible for reviewing it before it goes live. Either of us can end this anytime.
What you get
An account that maps, writes, interlinks, and publishes content to one domain you control. Additional domains are $79/month each.
What you pay
$99 per month, billed in advance, per workspace. Prices can change with 30 days' notice; changes never apply mid-billing-period.
Cancel anytime. Your access continues to the end of the period you have paid for. We do not give partial refunds for unused time.
Who owns the content
You do. Every page generated for your domain is yours — during your subscription and after it ends. We claim no license to republish it.
You own the domain and the published site. If you cancel, export your content before your access ends.
Your responsibilities
Review before publishing. Our engine blocks unsourced claims and fabricated statistics, but no automated system is perfect. You are the publisher. Check what goes out under your name.
Do not use Omnitopical to publish anything illegal, deliberately deceptive, or infringing on someone's copyright or trademark. Do not use it for content in regulated areas — medical, legal, or financial advice — without qualified human review.
You must own or control any domain you connect.
What we don't promise
We cannot promise rankings. Nobody can. Search engines are third parties whose behaviour we do not control. We can promise the method, the coverage, and the technical execution — not a position in results.
The service is provided as-is. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Limits
Fair use applies. If a single workspace consumes generation capacity far beyond normal use, we will contact you before restricting anything.
Our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the previous 12 months.
Ending it
You can cancel anytime from the billing page.
We can suspend an account for non-payment or for a breach of these terms. Except for illegal use, we will contact you first and give you a chance to fix it.
If we shut down the service, we will give 60 days' notice and help you export everything.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes go to the courts of Delhi.
