Privacy Policy
The short version
We collect the minimum needed to run your account and generate your content. We do not sell your data. We do not use your content to train AI models.
What we collect
Account data. Your name, email address, and a hashed password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from Google.
Workspace data. The domains you connect, the business description you write, the topical maps we generate, and every page produced for you.
Usage data. Which features you use and how many AI generation tokens you consume. We use this to enforce fair-use limits and to bill correctly.
Payment data. We never see your card. Razorpay processes payments and returns only a subscription ID and status.
Where it is stored
| Data | Provider | Location |
|---|---|---|
| Account, sites, content | Neon (Postgres) | Singapore |
| Application hosting | Cloudflare Workers | Global edge |
| Content generation | Anthropic | United States |
| Payments | Razorpay | India |
| Resend | United States |
Who we share it with
Only the processors above, and only the data each needs to do its job. We do not sell data or share it with advertisers.
On AI generation: your business description and topic data are sent to Anthropic to generate content. Anthropic does not train models on API inputs.
Cookies
We set one cookie: your login session. There is no advertising or analytics tracking on this site. That is why you were not asked to accept cookies — there is nothing to consent to.
How long we keep it
Account and content data lasts as long as your account does. Delete your account and we remove it within 30 days. Billing records are kept for seven years, because tax law requires it.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or object to processing. Email privacy@omnitopical.com and we will respond within 30 days.
If you are in the EU or UK, GDPR gives you these rights. If you are in India, the DPDP Act does. We apply them to everyone regardless of location.
Published content
Content generated for you and published to your domain is public by design — that is the point of the product. You own it. You are responsible for what you publish.
Changes
If we change this policy materially we will email you before it takes effect.
